As the Founder and CEO of ARQA since November 2022, Haik has been at the forefront of pioneering AI-driven wealth management solutions. ARQA stands out in the wealthtech landscape for its innovative approach to personalizing and streamlining financial operations using artificial intelligence, making it a beacon for future wealth management practices. In addition to his role at ARQA, Haik serves as the Principal of Blackmar, a consultancy firm he established in February 2017 after leaving Addepar. Blackmar provides top-tier consulting and implementation services in analytics and performance reporting platforms, catering primarily to the asset management sector. Prior to his current ventures, Haik co-founded Kosmos (fka Blackmar Technologies), which was noted for its significant contributions to enhancing access to financial data and services before its acquisition in September 2022.

Eric Phillips leads the enterprise relationships team at FINNY, spearheading strategic partnerships across the financial-services and fintech ecosystem. Working across various financial services organizations, Eric has an intimate understanding of how AI and technology are transforming wealth management and advisory business models, particularly around organic growth. Eric is passionate about helping firms leverage technology, data, and partnerships to serve clients more efficiently and intelligently.

Meredith Lambert is the Head of Design & Customer Success at Catchlight, where she leads the end-to-end client experience for a growing base of financial advisors and marketing teams. In this role, Meredith manages the design, consulting, enablement, and best practices functions to ensure clients use Catchlight’s data, technology, and strategic thinking to grow their practices organically.

Before her current role, Meredith held multiple senior experience and product design leadership positions at Fidelity Investments. These roles built on her strong foundation in user experience, product design, and digital transformation.

Earlier in her career, Meredith worked across several agencies and sectors on digital experience and product design—at firms such as SapientRazorfish, SapientNitro, and others—where she helped companies in financial services, telecom, and consumer industries reimagine how users interact with their products and services. Her portfolio includes work with clients like TD Bank, Lloyds Bank, Xfinity, Total Wine & More, and T-Mobile.

Meredith holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Massachusetts College of Art and Design, and participated in the US Department of State Fusion Arts Exchange Program at the Rhode Island School of Design. She is based in Boston.

He has spent his career at the intersection of financial services, decision intelligence, and applied AI. Jeremi co-founded and served as CEO of Truelytics, the advisor intelligence platform acquired by Envestnet in 2022. At Envestnet, he served as Head of Data and Analytics, building the firm’s decision intelligence practice and launching enterprise AI products — including Generative Business Intelligence and Insights AI — that turned advisor data into actionable opportunities across thousands of workflows. At VastAdvisor, he’s focused on the industry’s most neglected problem: wealth management has spent decades building infrastructure to manage assets, and almost none to grow them.

Max Golden is the Sales Director at FP Alpha, where he collaborates with top RIA firms to transform and elevate their planning processes through cutting-edge, tech-enabled solutions. With years of experience spanning asset management, insurance, and fintech, Max is known for his strategic leadership and ability to deliver results at the crossroads of innovation, relationship-building, and practical execution.

Bob Conchiglia, CIPM, serves as Senior Vice President of Solutions Consulting at Orion Advisor Solutions, where he leads the firm’s Solutions Consulting practice—guiding strategic conversations, solution design, and platform evaluation for Orion’s clients and prospects. With a career spanning nearly three decades in fintech and investment management, Bob brings deep expertise in helping advisory firms align technology with growth, efficiency, and an exceptional client experience.

Prior to joining Orion, Bob was the Chief Revenue Officer at Summit Wealth Systems, where he played a pivotal role in defining the firm’s go-to-market and client-engagement strategy before its integration into Orion. Before that, he founded Bennick Capital Partners, an independent advisory firm focused on innovative investment strategies and performance measurement.

Bob’s earlier career includes more than 14 years at SS&C Advent, where as Vice President of Advisory Sales he partnered with leading wealth management and asset management firms to modernize their technology ecosystems. He began his career at Mellon Financial and later Russell/Mellon Analytical Services, developing a foundation in operations, analytics, and client relationship management that continues to inform his consultative approach today.

A graduate of Bentley University with a degree in Finance and Economics, Bob also holds the Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement (CIPM) from the CFA Institute and has earned the CFA Institute Professional Learning 5-Year Milestone recognition. Erin Colledge is a seasoned product leader in the wealth technology space, known for driving innovation at the intersection of data, experience, and enterprise-scale design. As SVP of Product at Orion, she leads the evolution of the Orion Summit experience and a unified client data strategy through the Denali Data Systems—building a foundation that empowers advisors and executives to make confident, data-driven decisions.

Prior to her current role, Erin served as Head of Product at Summit Wealth Systems, where she helped shape Summit’s transformation into the system that now powers Orion’s AI-enabled platform. Earlier in her career, she spent more than a decade with SS&C Black Diamond, leading product strategy and development initiatives that modernized advisor and investor experiences across the financial technology ecosystem. Erin began her career in Equity Capital Markets at Merrill Lynch in New York, before channeling her finance and analytical background into early-stage fintech at Black Diamond in Jacksonville—a move that sparked her enduring passion for building products that work for people.

A graduate of Princeton University with a BSE in Operations Research and Financial Engineering—what she likes to call an “undergraduate degree in fintech”—Erin combines quantitative rigor with creative product vision.

Outside of work, Erin is deeply connected to her extended family and community. She and her husband are raising their two boys, 12 and 14, alongside a close-knit group of cousins in Jacksonville, Florida. They love exploring new hiking trails, spending time on the river, and are on a mission to visit all 50 states before the boys head to college. Erin also serves on the board of Daniel, Florida’s oldest nonprofit serving children, reflecting her family’s shared commitment to supporting youth through arts, education, and care-based initiatives.

Charlie Clark is Chief Revenue Officer at FP Alpha, where he leads sales, customer success and business development efforts. Charlie began his career in wealth technology in 1999 with the launch of eMoney Advisor. Charlie held several positions at eMoney, including SVP Business Development and Sales until the sale to Fidelity. Prior to his role at FP Alpha, Charlie has also held advisory roles at Right Capital, JourneyGuide Planning, Halo and AdvisorEngine.
