With over 30 years of industry experience, Michelle has a deep understanding of the wealth management space, client business needs, and best practices for modernizing experiences, operating and service models.

In her role as GM for Wealth & Asset Management at Salesforce she sits at the epicenter of strategy, working in collaboration with product, engineering, marketing, distribution, and customer success teams to define the future vision, strategy and align on voice of the client needs, product priorities, key partnerships, and GTM planning.

Growing the portfolio of strategic partnerships, and core integrations is one of the key drivers for clients and Salesforce success, Michelle works closely with custodians, third party data providers and fintech's in the Salesforce ecosystem to develop new solutions on the platform that will speed innovation for clients and increase the value of the Financial Services Cloud offering. Previously, Michelle worked at BNY Mellon|Pershing for 25 years, where she held a variety of leadership roles in the areas of technology product strategy, business development, consulting and client engagement for financial services. She managed key client relationships, managed advisory boards, and led high performing teams in the delivery of best in class solutions to the market. From an industry perspective, she is a thought leader and has been regularly featured as a speaker at external conferences and events. She has also represented Salesforce & BNY Mellon Pershing as a media spokesperson being quoted by Bloomberg Radio, Financial Planning.com, Investment News, RIABiz, and Wealth Management.com.

In 2022, F2 Strategy recognized her as a Woman in WealthTech leader. In 2019 Michelle was recognized by Think Advisor magazine as one of 16 women in its inaugural “Top Women in WealthTech” story. Waters magazine also named her Consultant of the Year in 2020 for its Women in Tech and Data Awards.

Michelle is passionate about diversity, inclusion, and professional growth and is an active member in the exclusive women's network CHIEF, many Salesforce initiatives and the Women’s Bond Club.
