FP Alpha is an AI native planning platform designed to enhance advisor capabilities across tax, estate, and insurance planning through a combination of AI-driven document analysis and structured planning outputs. Rather than functioning as a document creation tool, FP Alpha acts as an analysis and insights engine, enabling advisors to extract, interpret, and take action on information contained within client financial and estate documents.
The platform is built around a document-first workflow. Advisors upload client materials, such as estate documents, tax returns, and insurance policies, and FP Alpha leverages a combination of proprietary artificial intelligence and human review to generate structured summaries, insights, and planning opportunities. This approach allows advisors to significantly reduce manual review time while improving the depth and consistency of planning recommendations.
Over 70 attorneys, CPAs, and CFPs have trained the platform’s AI across 16 planning disciplines. FP Alpha’s tax return extraction achieves 99.8% accuracy, far above the 60–93% range common to general-purpose LLMs. The estate platform has the highest reading accuracy on the market.
FP Alpha is typically used alongside other core systems such as financial planning tools and estate document providers, complementing rather than replacing those solutions within the broader wealth management ecosystem.
